Programs and Services
Individual Counseling is a collaborative process between therapist and client that aims to help change and improve quality of life. Therapy can help people confront barriers that can interfere with emotional well-being. At WCC you will typically meet with your counselor weekly. These one-on-one sessions help you tackle issues by building on your strengths.
In Couples Counseling, sessions will focus on resolving conflicts and creating a healthier and more resilient relationship. We will work to change your communication patterns and increase understanding, respect, and empathy. You and your partner will typically meet with your counselor weekly.
Support & Therapy Groups
Groups are a very effective and affordable way to bring positive change in your life. They are particularly effective in helping with relationship and interpersonal problems, but are also wonderful ways to bring healing to shared problems like Grief and Loss or Anger Management. Fees for Individual Therapy are based on income and ability to pay.
Groups are provided on a donation basis.
No one is turned away for lack of funds.
